The Brief: Creating a new head office for Tanti Constructions brought with it many of the challenges that we see in projects for our clients. Our fast-growing business demanded more space and an exciting ‘showcase’ look that would become a prominent landmark on Brighton Road.
We undertook to design and build offices that would create more space, make use of innovative new materials, and completely transform the somewhat mundane existing building into an eye-catching premium office complex.

The Challenge: As always, a set budget meant that efficiency in time and materials would be paramount. Adding to the challenge was the fact that all works needed to be carried out with an absolute minimum of interruption to the daily business operations of the office, and with no inconvenience for our clients.

The Result: The Tanti Constructions Head Office today stands as an impressive design statement, a functional example of what can be achieved through progressive design and leading edge materials. A striking, modern look has dramatically raised the business profile, whilst delivering much improved working areas and an impressive gain in both the usability and value of the building. Key elements of modern building techniques now form part of a ‘display’ that is both permanent and highly functional.
